BUTTER STORAGE

Butter, which is one of the products that requires meticulousness, should be stored immediately after packaging. In order to avoid damage to the new butter packs, boxes should not be stacked more than 5-6 boxes on top of each other on grids or pallets. In addition, a gap of 20-30 cm should be left between the rows of boxes.

For short-term storage, the warehouse temperature should be kept at 5 degrees. For long-term storage, it should be stored at -8 degrees for 12 hours and then at -18 degrees with 80-85% relative humidity for 12 hours. At sales points, the storage temperature should be kept at 10 degrees and again at 80-85% relative humidity.
